SEVENTH ANNUAL FAMILY FUN FEST

SHERRILLBROOK PARK,  ROUTE 12,  NEW HARTFORD, NEW YORK

 

CONTRACT

  1. The undersigned hereby agrees to abide by this contract for The Family Fun Fest sponsored by The Friends of the New Hartford Public Library to be held on Saturday, September 8, 2007 from 10 AM to 5 PM at the Sherrillbrook Park, Route 12, New Hartford, NY.

  2. Set up time will be Saturday, September 8th from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM.  Only people actively participating in the Show will be allowed in during set up times.  You will be expected to unload your vehicle and remove it to a designated parking area. There is to be no dismantling of exhibits before 5:00 PM on Saturday.

  3. Booth rental is $35.00 for a single 10’ x 20’ space.   There are a limited number of spaces on the road; First Come - First Served. Electricity will be available for $15.00 per space (Very Limited - First Come First Served).  All reservations must be received and paid in full by September 1, 2007.  No partial payments or deposits will be accepted.  There will be a $5.00 late fee and also a $25.00 fee for returned checks.

  4. Make check payable to "The Friends of the New Hartford Public Library (TFOTNHPL)". Please return this contract with your check or money order to:  FAMILY FUN FEST

  2. If the exhibitor terminates this agreement for any reason, The Friends of the New Hartford Public Library will retain the rental fee as damages.

  3. Under no circumstances will The Friends of the New Hartford Public Library or the Town of New Hartford be held responsible for injury to the undersigned participant or his or her associates, or for any theft, or damages to his or her property.

  4. The Show will be held rain or shine.
