Rhyme Time

Rhyme Time is a program of songs, rhymes, felt board stories, and finger plays for children who are 18-36 months old and are accompanied by an adult. Rhyme Time is at 10:30 - 11:00 AM. See calendar of events for current schedule.

Story Time

Story Time at the New Hartford Public Library consists of stories, songs, rhymes and crafts and is for children who are 3 - 5 years old and  are accompanied by an adult.  Story Time is at 10:30 - 11:00 AM.  See calendar of events for current schedule.

Library Play Group The Library Play Group is a drop in program for children who are 4 years old and younger accompanied by an adult. There will be a story and crafts, snacks and play time with toys and books in the children's area of the Library. It is at 10:30 - 11:30 AM and will be held on alternating  Fridays. Not Scheduled for Summer Months.

Baby Lapsit Baby Lapsit is a drop in language program of rhymes and play for Children from birth to 18 months accompanied by an adult. It is at 10:30 AM and is held on alternating Fridays. Not Scheduled for Summer Months.

Whale Tales - Water Safety The  American Red Cross will present a program on Water Safety on Thursday, July 29 at 2:00 PM in the Sammon Room. The 45 minute program is for children who are entering kindergarten through 3rd grade in the fall. See calendar of events for current schedule.

Play the Wii and with Legos There will be three drop in Wii and Legos programs on Wednesdays, August 11, 18, and 25 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM in the Sammon Room of the New Hartford Public Library. See calendar of events for current schedule.
