Trustees of the New Hartford Public Library serve 5 year terms; they are appointed by the New Hartford Town Board.

Library Board Meetings

The members of the Board of Trustees may be contacted through the Library. The public is invited to attend the meetings of the Library Board of Trustees. The regularly scheduled meeting of the Board is the third Wednesday of each month. The Board meetings are held at Butler Memorial hall, 48 Genesee Street, New Hartford. Starting times alternate between 7:00 PM and 12 Noon. Unforeseen circumstances may require that the time or place be changed.
